• Within a 5 mile ring of La Quinta, there are 50,000 households and 150,000 people. (There are roughly 300,000 permanent full time residents in the desert, and the number doubles in the season.)
• Within a 5 mile ring of La Quinta, the median age is 35.
• Within a 5 mile ring of La Quinta, the median household income is just over $70,000.
